All of the reseller's clients are supported directly by the reseller. Monk Development supports the Reseller. Some of the ways we do this is:
1. Project Management Support- Monk Development uses Basecamp an easy-to-use, web-based project management tool designed around the concept of open, centralized two-way communication. This project management tool provides tools such as message boards, to-do lists, painless file sharing, and flexible scheduling make communicating easy — and natural. The reseller is able to monitor all work and milestones through this system.
2. Online Support System – Monk Development's SupportSuite integrated Multi-Channel solution allows the client to submit support tickets, view our knowledge base, conduct live support chats, use a self service troubleshooter and track their support issues online.
3. Online Resources– Monk Development provides a help website with tutorials, examples and reference material.
4. Toll-Free Phone Support - The Monk Development team is available for phone support for the client through our toll-free number.
Monk Client Support - For Design Companies who do not wish to support clients on MonkCMS, Monk Development has plans to offer ongoing support. These monthly costs are billed directly to the client and include the subscription fee listed above.
