MonkDev is looking for a website developer with experience in PSD to XHTML/HTML5/CSS conversions, as well as CMS integration.  This is a part-time or contract to full-time position. This position is for our San Diego, CA office.

Required Experience:

• Conversion of PSD to XHTML/HTML5/CSS
• Hand coding valid XHTML/HTML5 and CSS
• Coding for cross-browser compatibility
• Use of CSS 3 (rounded corners, gradients, etc.)
• Use of version control systems (ex. mercurial, git, etc.)
• Use of jQuery (or other JS frameworks) and PHP a plus.
  
  

Other Requirements:

• Familiarity with Photoshop (no design work required, but the ability to manipulate submitted designs)
• Willingness to follow in-house conventions for markup and CSS production
• Willingness to learn the ins and outs of our CMS product, to ultimately be able to plug new sites into it.
• Desire to stay current with evolving technologies 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
